“The guarantor” refers to the individual or entity noted on the application for referencing and to be listed upon a subsequent tenancy agreement as a guarantor. The guarantor agrees, that by submitting this completed reference form to One Portfolio Management Ltd (furthermore referred to as OPM Ltd), in electronic or manual format, that they will be legally bound by the clauses contained within these said terms and conditions. Furthermore, the guarantor agrees that all fees and charges have been fully explained and understood. 1. Keys to the property will not be released until all funds due have been paid and cleared. 2. All monies paid by any third party or entity with regard to a particular application will be deemed to have been paid by the Applicant and therefore subject to these terms and conditions. 3. Should the tenancy not have commenced by the "Check in" date noted on the tenancy agreement, then the tenancy will be void, all monies paid by or on behalf of the Applicant will become forfeit and the Applicant will not be legally entitled to any goods or services either offered or implied by the Landlord.
